Kourtney Kardashian Baby Shower Gossip!

KOURTNEY Kardashian had a baby shower on May 12.

The reality star — who’s expecting her second child with beau Scott Disick — enjoyed a lavish party thrown by her mom Kris Jenner.

“Kourtney’s shower was so nice!” an source told American magazine Life & Style.

“Her mom and sisters were there, of course. They talked, laughed, and played games. There was a bar and lots of different types of foods and desserts, including sushi and little sandwiches. She seemed happy and excited earlier in the day before the shower. Her son, Mason, was there, too.

“Lehr & Black did Kourtney’s shower invitations. They were beautiful.

“Flowers were blush-pink peonies, pink Dutch hydrangeas and garden sweet peas in pink-and-fuchsia containers.

“The theme was all pink and whites. Petals LA did the floral arrangements.

“There were about 90 people at 10 tables.

“Kourtney got lots of gifts from Bel Bambini.

“Multiple women arrived bearing numerous gifts for Kourtney’s new baby.

“At one point, a Toyota van drove up to the property and numerous people rushed over to the car to help a blond female carry a huge gift, in black-and-white wrapping paper and a big red bow, into the house.

“Kourtney and her family had gift bags for all the guests.”

ANGELINA Jolie still has a soft spot for ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton.

The actress has penned a forward for Billy Bob’s new book, The Billy Bob Tapes: A Cave Full of Ghosts.

In the tome, Jolie says Thornton — whom she divorced almost ten years ago — “has a big beautiful heart.”

“He has an unmatchable wit and can make you laugh until your face hurts,” Angie writes.

“To be with him is like being with a mad mathematician. He is constantly counting and repeating.

“Some people walk through life able to quiet the voices in their heads. He can’t. And I, and everyone else who knows him well, we love him for it.

“I know one thing: The world would certainly be a hell of a lot more dull if that man weren’t in it.”

Hilary Duff in no Rush to Lose Baby Weight

HILARY Duff is in no rush to lose her baby weight.

The star — who recently welcomed baby Luca — insists she’s taking a realistic approach to dieting.

“I try to eat organic, but I’m not a total freak about it,” she said.

“I eat a lot of protein and a lot of fruits and vegetables.”

However, the former teen queen says she and her husband, Mike Comrie, aren’t willing to give up indulging entirely.

“When we go out to restaurants, we want to order naughty food and enjoy it,” Hilary, 24, revealed.

“I’m not stressing about it. I’m working out hard, but I know I’m not going to see results until I’m eating really good.”

The American Idol host and TV product has splashed out on Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi‘s $49 million Beverly Hills mansion.

Ryan is thought to have paid within a few million dollars of the massive asking price with the deal agreed and set to close this week.

Ellen and Portia have sold the property at a loss after spending $48 million assembling the huge estate. They bought the $30 million 9,500-square-foot single-story house and spent millions more on the surrounding properties, before beginning extensive renovation work.

The home sits on 2.87 acres just off Coldwater Canyon — near the Santa Monica Mountains — behind gates on its own street and also includes two guesthouses totaling 15,000 square feet, a three bedroom house, and according to official listings “every conceivable amenity and state-of the-art security”.

The Charlie’s Angels beauty says she’s not concerned about life in her forties and how it might affect her movie roles.

“I’m so, so excited about turning 40,” says Cameron who will celebrate her landmark birthday on August 30.

“When I was in my twenties I couldn’t wait to get to my thirties, now at the end of my thirties, I’m so looking forward to my forties. I love getting older.”

Diaz recently revealed she’d like to have a child one day — but insists she won’t be upset if she doesn’t.

“I’m not sitting there going, ‘Oh, my God, when am I going to get married? When am I going to have a baby?’” she said.

“I would be remiss if I was living my life wishing I had something other than what I have. If, one day, I am blessed with the experience of having a child, I would be overjoyed, but I am not sitting here feeling empty because I haven’t yet, or that I may not.”

Ben Kingsley Reveals How he Prepared For Dictator Role

ACTOR Ben Kingsley has told how he used real news coverage of the world’s dictators to get into character for Sacha Baron Cohen‘s latest controversial movie.

The Ghandi Oscar winner plays an aid to Sacha’s outrageous new character, Admiral General Aladeen, in comedy The Dictator and he found no shortage of inspiration for his role.

“We see photographs, or newsreel footage or clips of these guys, these dictators and very often, I’ve noticed that just behind them, is a guy in dark glasses,” says Sir Ben.

“They are usually in a uniform or a suit with a big watch and looking very anxious and a little bit paranoid as to what the dictator is going to do or say next.

“So rather than approach it as a comedy, I approached my character as one of those archetypal guys who’s always there. And he’s been there for centuries. He was probably there standing behind Julius Caesar.”

MOVIE beauty Scarlett Johansson is set for her biggest ever pay day and a chance to star in her own Black Widow movie.

The sexy star is said to be about to sign up for a stand-alone adventure for her Iron Man 2 character as well as a return with her superhero pals in The Avengers 2.

“The success of The Avengers means Scarlett is holding all the cards when it comes to Black Widow,” reveals a Hollywood insider.

“She’s a vital component of The Avengers and it’s sequel but she wants to have her own movie too.

“The chances are that Black Widow will have her own adventure on the big screen as early as next year.”

The actor secretly attended the London premiere of Snow White and the Huntsman to support girlfriend Kristen Stewart.

“Rob was Kristen’s date. Rob was cheering and clapping for Kristen as they walked off stage. He looked proud of his girlfriend,” a source said.

“Rob met Kristen there. They stayed together in the VIP area all night and looked really cozy. They made sure no one saw them or photographed them.”

Kim Kardashian Embarrassed About Wedding

REALITY TV stalwart Kim Kardashian has confessed she is “almost embarrassed” about her televised nuptials.

The star’s lavish wedding to Kris Humphries was broadcast in a two-episode special last August and she admits she now feels more “guarded” after filing for the divorce from the basketball player after just 72 days of marriage.

“My heart’s a little more guarded. I showed so much of myself in the past,” she said.

“You almost get embarrassed showing this big wedding, which I would have had cameras or not. So I think you want to just guard yourself.”

However, Kim insists her relationship with new boyfriend Kanye West will be a part of the next series of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, though she has vowed his appearances won’t be at the forefront of the show.

“I want to show my life. I’m not going to be taking a bubble bath and drinking champagne or on a sex swing [on camera] like Khloé and Lamar do. It’s not going to be like that,” she said.

“If we are having dinner and he does show up, I’m sure we’re not going to go, ‘Stop the cameras!’ ”

Recent reports claimed Kim and Kanye have been talking marriage.

“Kim and Kanye are 100 percent having conversations about marriage,” a source said.

“Kanye pursued Kim for a long time. They’ve been friends for years. Kim is ready to give it a try now.”
